6 Things Every Vaper Needs – Make My Vape

[ad_1]

When you’re going out, you pack your vaping device, make sure the tank is topped up, and then you head out the door, satisfied that you’ll be able to vape all day without a problem.  And then something happens.

It’s happened to us all at some point.

We’re all familiar with that sinking feeling when we realise we’re not going to be able to vape again until we get home.

If you want to avoid that disaster, here are six things you should always carry in your bag. They don’t take up much room so it’s not like you need to buy a suitcase to wheel around with you, but you can feel very smug whenever you have what you need with you and can happily vape all day.

  1. Spare e-liquid

This is the most obvious thing you’ll need to carry around with you.

If you look at your tank and think, “That looks pretty full,” don’t be fooled!  We’ve all run out of e-liquid when we’ve been out and cursed ourselves for not putting that tiny bottle of spare vape juice in our bag.

You never know how much you’re going to vape in one day.  You might find you’ve got a really tasty flavour that you’re getting through faster than normal or you might be delayed getting home.  Just because you had enough e-juice yesterday, doesn’t mean you’ll have enough today. Always take spare e-liquid with you.

When you do take spare e-liquid with you, you can top up at any time.  You also don’t need to limit your vapour production if you like big clouds.

A top tip from Make My Vape: carry a different e-liquid flavour from the one you’re currently vaping.  That way, if the dreaded Vaper’s Tongue sets in, you can switch flavours and still taste your vape.

  1. Tissues

Anyone new to vaping might not have thought of this one.  The rest of us never leave home without them!

E-liquid spills.  That’s a fact of vaping.  When you’re filling up your tank, it’s hard enough to make sure you don’t spill any e-liquid when you’re at home and working on a flat surface.  When you’re trying to fill your tank on the move (the bus is my own personal nemesis), sooner or later, you’re going to get a spill. With any luck, it might not be much, but still, it’s handy to have some tissues to hand to mop it up.

Keeping tissues in your bag means you can deal with any leaks or spills straight away, and keep your device clean and in working order.

  1. Charging cable

If your device is compatible with a USB charger, it’s one of the most useful things to have with you.  It means you will never run out of battery.

A USB cable is so versatile, too, that you can charge your device from your computer while you work, in your car or even from a battery pack while you’re on the go.

This is particularly useful if you’re going to be out all day, and especially if you’re a constant vaper.

  1. Bottle of water

You might be surprised to see this on the list, but having a bottle of water handy is a great tip for any vaper.

Vaping can make your mouth dry so it makes sense to have a drink handy.

A dry mouth and dehydration are also the leading causes of Vaper’s Tongue so, if you want to avoid that, drinking regularly will help.

  1. Coils

If you’ve been vaping for a while, you might be able to tell when your coil will need changing.  That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t carry one around with you just in case. Dry hits can strike at any time and burn your coil so you’ll be glad you have a spare to replace it.

When you put your new coil in, don’t forget to prime it in your hurry to get back to vaping.  For more information on coils, check out How Long do Coils Last.

  1. Spare battery

If your vaping device has removable batteries, you should always carry a spare.  They don’t take up much room and it means you’ll never be without a fully-charged e-cigarette.  With a spare battery in your bag, you can be confident you can use your e-cig all day.

Always put your spare battery in a battery case or individual bag.
