On August 16th, Ruthless Vapor has now moved onto the scientific review phase of the PMTA process! The scientific review stage is when the FDA looks at all the evidence submitted and decides whether or not the product should be sold.
For reference, these were the flavors submitted for PMTA approval.

Loaded Smores 120ml at 3mg and 6mg Nic Strengths
Loaded Glazed 120ml at 3mg and 6mg Nic Strengths
By proceeding to this stage, that means Ruthless Vapor’s application has met the filing requirements for the PMTA application.
